Goal of the program

The goal is to promote inclusion, resilience, empowerment, and poverty alleviation within the low-income Afro-Caribbean community by providing peer-led support, access to basic needs, and youth leadership opportunities — helping individuals and families strengthen their well-being, build confidence, and engage in meaningful community change.

Who is this program for?

This 8 weeks program is open to individuals and families from the low-income Afro-Caribbean community, including youth, newcomers, and those seeking support, connection, and empowerment.

What does the program offer?

Our Community Well-being & Outreach Services are designed to promote inclusion, resilience, and leadership through the following supports:

Peer-Led Support
Groups

Join safe and supportive spaces where youth receive non-clinical mentorship, engage in goal setting, and build confidence—all while focusing on mental health, newcomer integration, and community healing."

Access to Basic
Needs

Benefit from free community meals, clothing drives, and other essential resources to support well-being.

Youth Leadership &
Advocacy

Step into leadership as a Youth Ambassador and engage in anti-Black racism education and leadership training to advocate for change in your community.
