We are a Black-led, Black-focused, and Black-serving non-profit organization serving youth of Afro-Caribbean descent.
Youth Connect Services is a registered nonprofit organization that empowers youths in the community to reach their full potential through capacity-building activities. We implement activities that helps set youths in Toronto on the right path towards success equipping them with the skill set and belief system that enables them achieve their most ambitious goals in life, in a culturally-sensitive and language-appropriate settings, we inspire youths to reach for the stars and beyond.
Mission Statement
To promote and provide services intended to reduce the incidence of crime. To empower and build the capacity of the economically disadvantage youths especially the minority population in the Toronto area of Canada through appropriate skill-based training and social initiatives in culturally-sensitive and language-appropriate settings.
Vision Statement
Amara Community Youth Association (ACYA) envisions a world where economically disadvantaged youths have the skill set and ability to achieve their most ambitious goals regardless of race or upbringing. We are creating an environment where the future leaders of tomorrow have the support and resources to change the world for the betterment of society and say No to gun violence and crime.
