The goal is to equip youth with essential life, financial, and leadership skills that empower them to build confident, independent futures while offering personalized support and connections to community resources for long-term success.

This 8-week training program empowers participants with the tools to build a confident, independent future. Key features include:
Essential Life Skills
Training
Learn about time management, goal setting, and everyday skills needed to succeed.
Financial Literacy
Workshops
Understand budgeting, saving, banking, credit use, and the basics of investing.
Leadership & Communication Development
Improve conflict resolution, communication, and leadership through interactive sessions.
Personal Mentorship &
Support
Access non-clinical counseling and mentorship to help navigate life’s challenges.
Case Management &
Referral Services
Get connected to additional resources and services based on your unique needs through personalized case management and community referrals.
Certificate of
Completion
