Develop essential soft skills for thriving in professional environments, including effective communication and self-presentation.
Career Coaching &
Mentorship
Receive personalized guidance from Black professional mentors who provide support, encouragement, and industry insights.
Structured Workshops & Individual Learning Plans
Engage in a series of interactive workshops tailored to your goals and supported by a personalized learning plan.
Placement Opportunity
Gain hands-on work experience through a 4-week placement with local employers, giving you a chance to apply what you've learned in a real-world setting.
